The Green Album by WEEZER will be performed live and in full by Perth indie rock mainstays THE MIDNIGHT MULES, celebrating 25 years of one of Weezer’s most iconic releases — with support from RASCAL performing the best of NIRVANA, and COVER STORY delivering a set of GREEN DAY hits.

Weezer’s The Green Album (2001) marked a bold return to form for the band, delivering a stripped-back, high-energy collection of power-pop anthems. Packed with punchy riffs, glossy production, and instantly catchy hooks, the record features fan favourites like Hash Pipe and Island in the Sun. Lean, melodic, and effortlessly cool, the album cemented Weezer’s comeback and remains one of their most accessible and enduring releases.

If that’s not juicy enough, RASCAL channel the band Rivers always wished he was in — NIRVANA — while COVER STORY fire things up early with a stack of anthems from Weezer’s touring mates, GREEN DAY.
